  I had gone to Utzig CARTSAR after a collision in 2021 and had a wonderful experience. When I got sideswiped a few weeks ago, I asked insurance if I could go to CARSTAR because I remembered what a great experience I had then. Utzig CARSTAR did not disappoint this time around either.
  
  Rick, the guy who did the estimate was a great communicator, even when insurance didn't communicate well. The owners (I wish I could remember their names) are easy to talk to and quick to answer questions and offer solutions. There are also dog friends, hanging about and very well-behaved!
  
  Best of all, my car looks good as new. They are honest and do good work. My car came back to me cleaned inside and out, and all around better than what went in. Highly recommend! Thank you, CARSTAR!

  World class customer service! I’m so glad I found this place. They helped me navigate a complicated pick up and helped me so much. My van looks brand new and I can’t say enough good about their whole operation. Great family business that is a 5 star in my opinion. Thank you!

  Our GMC Denali was in a left side deer strike. The vehicle had extensive sheet metal damage, airbag deployment and windshield damage. We are extremely satisfied with the service, workmanship and courtesy provided by the owners and staff at Utzig Care Star. We would highly recommend the services provided to anyone needing body, paint and electrical repairs. They went to extensive search’s for replacement parts not in production. We were very happy with the final results. Quality Creates Customer Satisfaction and they provided it all.

  Super helpful and kind! I took my car in to get some scratches looked at. They turned out to be pretty light, and they just grabbed some polish and cleaned it up for free when they could have easily charged or not helped, but they did! Would highly recommend!
