(June 15, 2020, 2:54 pm)I had nasty tooth pain that got worse over the weekend. I called them as a new patient this morning and Within ten minutes of the call I was in the office and after filling out paperwork they immediately took me back to be Xrayed. After discovering an infection, they numbed the pain and started a root canal.
I have never received such fast treatment. I got in same day within 10 minutes of calling and was immediately taken care of as a new patient. The staff and Doctor were all great to be around and very professional. This is definitely my dentist from now on.

(July 6, 2018, 4:16 pm)I have been going to Milton Family Dentistry for 35 years...and I live in Janesville. I love these people! I started there because their motto is " Careful treatment for the sensitive patient ( read fearful). The staff has always gone out of their way to make me feel comfortable....I love these people! Dr. Dinh is the best, excellent work! He even called me on a weekend after I had a rather involved procedure, to see how I was doing.
(July 6, 2018, 12:47 pm)I'm not an easy patient since leaving my last dentist over unexpected challenges. Cristine (reception) was welcoming & friendly, Pam (hygienist) was patient & as gentle as she could be doing what hygienists do and Dr Dihn was informative & calmly explained my options despite a busy day. They all took as much time as I needed while focusing on what needed to get done. All I could've asked for in a new dentist office.

Every member of the team is a professional, caring and helpful person that makes my time spent there a unique and pleasant one. They work with you on a personal level both financially and physically. "The Dentist" here is not a scary word or place. If you're sensitive, you're more than welcome to mention it and ask for adjustments. They all are very accommodating and kind and I've not once felt like an inconvenience. The goal is to have oral health and that's what they intend for each patient. I leave my dentist feeling better every time. Communication here is great via text or phone call making scheduling appointments convenient and efficiant. I love my Dentist and each wonderful Lady who works as my hygienists and behind the desk! 5 stars!
(January 20, 2018, 10:14 am)I couldn’t have been more satisfied with the exceptional service I experienced at Milton Family Denistry. From getting my teeth cleaned to the X-rays, to the filling I had, to the impressions I had made for invisiline, the staff was amazing. Immediately as I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile! Throughout my time there, I felt welcomed and safe knowing they had my best interest at heart constantly asking me how I was doing. Would recommend 10/10! Very efficient, talented Doctor!
