I'm a realtor in WI and had a deal closing at the end of December. On December 24th (Christmas Eve), I was made aware that the lender required a specific pest inspection to approve the loan. Scrambling, I called Brian with Bug Off Pest Control. Within 30 minutes, he called me back (again, on Christmas Eve)! Not only was he knowledgable as to which inspection was needed but for a VERY reasonable, price he had the inspection done on December 27th! Brian, I will be working with you again given the opportunity. You saved the day for many people!
