Amazing teachers, great technicality and greatly appreciated results! Before I started pilates with Laura my flexibility was so poor I couldn't touch my toes and I was in constant back pain from old injuries. Laura took time to learn about my health history and customized a program that has helped me gain flexibility, and strength. My wife and I now go to classes twice a week and we have both seen great benefits to our overall health.

Pilates has been a godsend for me and the instructors at The Body Shop are terrific! Pilates has helped me with my flexibility, balance, and strength. And don’t think you’re too old to try it! It’s great for any age and as a “senior,” I couldn’t recommend it more highly for people in my age group!
