The Zone

Quick and orderly with purchases. I found things I needed and things I didn't. There are some holes in their inventory but overall is a pretty decent place.

Only place to get Brock branded apparel, but the service is always great because of the people they hire. It's always a pleasure dealing with everyone in there. Sometimes just go in to say hi lol.

I had a very positive experience with the manager of the Brock bookstore today. HIs name is Nick Fabiano and he couldn't have been more helpful.
My daughter received an incorrect order of a picture frame instead of a degree frame. The degree frame was sent by courier and an apology was offered. Communication was excellent and professional. This manager is a great guy and solved a problem with very little hassle.
All my dealings with Brock have been positive.

The Zone is an amazing atmosphere. The other members, variety of workouts and ample opportunity to attend classes is second to none. Eric, Cheri and Holly are incredible!

Amazing results. I enjoy hiking/climbing state high points with my father. Prior to joining The Zone, on some of the tougher climbs, I would struggle and be sore for days after. This year was my first after joining The Zone, I felt better than I ever have on a climb. And I wasn’t sore at all afterwards. Eric and the other coaches are awesome. I love the variety of classes available. Classes for strength, classes for cardio, combo classes, spin, boxing, on and on. If you’re looking for a great gym, I highly recommend The Zone!

Brock University is the Center for every student who wish to get some quality education in Niagara Region.It has various courses for UndergradUates and Graduate students including MBA,BBA,B.Sc etc.

A gym like no other!! Classes are amazing! People are welcoming! I leave feeling refreshed and ready for anything this crazy life brings on! Positive environment And I’ve only been a member for 30 days!!

The community of this gym is like none other I have experienced. The Zone adds in fitness and health challenges to keep its members engaged with one another that are fun and stimulating. Great classes and group atmosphere!

The classes are fun and challenging and you also get the benefits of a personal trainer but without the exorbitant cost. Busy schedule? The Zone has on demand classes that you can do at your convenience. The trainers and clients are all VERY friendly and welcoming.
