Needed a roof cap replaced on our metal roof. Everyone we dealt with at Krumm were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Our rep, Ben, was very thorough and explained the procedure and timeline with us. We were very pleased with their service and would definitely contact them in the future, if needed.

Krumm did an excellent job on our roof. At no point during the entire process was there a question about status, schedule, or materials. Julie was in constant contact with scheduling and notes, and was quick to respond when we had questions. If I had two roofs, I would hire them again in an instant.

Logan came out to take measurements and put together a quote for us. He was very communicative, professional, punctual, personable, and thorough in every step.
He explained every process and we are now awaiting his 3D rendering model to see how our project could look once everything is done.

I have nothing but great things to say about Krumm. They've been professional and friendly and fabulous since Day1 . They fought with my insurance company regarding gutters (and won) and have been fast & efficient & all-around fantastic. They took all worries away. Can't recommend them enough!

Krumm installed gutters on our house and replaced shingles that had blown off in high winds. Very happy with both projects. Communication is great and the techs that do the work are top notch. We will be calling Krumm in the future for our exterior needs. Highly recommend these guys.
