“Our electricity went out and our generator failed to start. This was at 1:30 a.m. with an outdoor temperature of -20. I called the emergency line and Keith came to our house to see if he could get the generator going. He worked in that cold for over an hour until our power came back on. Even though we still need to figure out what went wrong, I can't thank Keith enough for his tenacity and dedication.
