“If you are looking for a Western saddle for your horse, this is the place to go! (And ask for Scott - he did a wonderful job fitting our horses.) I wanted a western saddle (I’ve been riding English for over 30 years) and didn’t know the first thing about fitting a Western saddle. My friend and I brought 3 horses (we made an appointment first) to West 20. Staff was helpful and friendly, stalls are impeccable, and the arena was beautiful. I got a great lesson in saddle fitting and we bought saddles for each of the horses. I think the prices were good - sure, you might be able to get a “deal” elsewhere, but the saddle fitting process to ensure that our 4 legged friends are comfortable.... well, that is priceless!”
