We replaced the carpet in our basement office and the padding underneath the rest of the basement through Carpetland. They did a great job, end-to-end. Conrad was a fantastic coordinator and the installation team was very efficient. They cleaned up well after themselves too. Highly recommend.

We had engineered wood flooring, tile and carpeting installed over a few weeks period. All went smoothly and the craftmanship of each was superb. Conrad Dotzler at the Germantown store was wonderful to work with. We never felt like he was trying to upsell us and he is very knowledgeable and great at explaining things. Maher - who did our engineered wood flooring is a master craftsman - it is beautiful. The bathroom tile and stairwell carpeting are also extremely well done. We will use Carpetland again and recommend them to others.

We couldn't be more happy!! From (Dennis) in sales, to ( Steve) to meassure, to the actual install, it was absolutely seemless. There was no pressure when it came to the sales and the care and time the installers took, blew me away. They treated my home as if it was there own, exactly how it should be. I will definitely will be recommending Carpetland of Germantown to everyone I know.
