“This is a large new studio with lots of natural light. There’s enough room to practice any pose. The classes are taught by certified instructors. They are paced slow enough for beginners. The poses offer therapeutic help for people looking for whole body wellness. I’ve gained flexibility, strength and my back feels better. I would recommend this type of yoga to anyone of any skill level.”

“Always wanted to check this place out and now that I moved to Milwaukee, I finally did! My salad was delicious and the bread rolls were too! I love the idea of a gift store inside as well. Bought a birthday gift while I was there. The only thing I would say went wrong was the bathrooms. There were 5 stalls of which 1 was missing toilet paper, and there was another one that the door didn't have a lock on it. Other than that, great experience!”
