“This is a large new studio with lots of natural light. There’s enough room to practice any pose. The classes are taught by certified instructors. They are paced slow enough for beginners. The poses offer therapeutic help for people looking for whole body wellness. I’ve gained flexibility, strength and my back feels better. I would recommend this type of yoga to anyone of any skill level.”

“Wonderful birthday party experience. We had a party of 15 kids (most were 2nd graders) and I strongly recommend it for a birthday party. I was especially impressed by the flexibility of the staff to allow our party to be how we wanted. We wanted the kids to have as much time as possible to play so we only used the party room for coats, presents and juice/soda. No gift opening. No food. No cake. The two employees working the check-in desk and then supervising the gym were fantastic. They kept the kids safe by enforcing the rules but allowed them to run wild and helped them have a ton of fun! We did the gymnastics + bounce house option and it was worth the added fee to give another option of activity within the gym. Thank you for a great party!”

“Amazing building. I went there for physical therapy with Starting Point Fitness. I 100% recommended going there. The staff is super nice never had anything to negative about them. They will push you to go for whatever goal you want. There is Surge martial arts and starting point fitness that share this area. It is very affordable for whatever you are wanting to get.”
