“The best decision we’ve made was hiring Warren to sell and buy our home. He was so incredibly responsive (I don’t think I ever waited more than 5 minutes for a return call/email). He was available at the drop of a hat for showings - which with this market and needing to look at houses the day they come on the market or they will be gone - this was much needed!! He went above and beyond to help us with our old home when needing to fix things after the home inspection was complete. He came to meet with contractors and helped us try to negotiate prices. He was very firm but also professional. We thought we were going to have such a hard time finding the house of our dreams with this crazy market and we ended up getting our favorite dream home and it was only the 2nd home we put an offer on (which in 2020 is unheard of). He is incredibly smart! Hire him NOW - you won’t regret it!!”

“No complaints whenever I come here. Check in people are great. Forklift drivers are great but some do beat up your trailer a bit sometimes. Not real bad though. Plenty of room to back in dock unless it's really busy then I can get tight sometimes. It's FCFS and there is a portable restroom. Overnight parking available and scale on site to use. Definitely recommend.”

“I had a recent accident where my car was totaled. It was not my fault. This was also my first accident in almost 50 years of driving. Russ Molitor was assigned to my case. He helped me right off by having me send the claim to Germantown instead of waiting for the other insurance to resolve the issue. I initially heard from the insurance of the other driver and was told that they would get back to me but they never did. Because Russ recommended this and then followed through several times, I was able to get the funds from Germantown and get going in a new vehicle. Russ also helped me get into a rental vehicle during the interim. Germantown also will work with the other insurance so I don’t have to deal with that ether. I was very happy with the service all around. Impressive company!”

“We moved mom into the assisted living Engel Haus in November 2020 amidst Covid and lockdown, hardest time ever not being able to be with her and visit her. But the administrative staff Jamie and Liz were so caring and understanding they helped me and my mom get through that tough time! I knew they were always just a phone call away to check on mom for me if I needed them to! That in itself is such a peace of mind for me knowing that the team of individuals running the place are so kind and caring and TRULY care about each and every resident there! I love how involved and personal they get with the residents family members and involve them in their loved ones decision making and cares. I love the random pictures I get texted to me of what fun things my mom is doing that day! Most of all I love the peace of mind knowing that if I have ANY concerns at all that I can be honest and up front with Jamie or Liz and my concerns will be addressed immediately they are literally a phone call or text away day or night!! Let’s be real there is no perfect place for your loved one to be but the Gables Engel Haus for surely gives me the peace of mind that mom is being well taken care of and watched over thanks to Jamie, Liz, Raquel and Stephanie the RN. You guys ROCK that place!!👍”
