I dropped off my 2019 Ford Escape for an oil change the night before my appointment was set. The next day I got a text saying it was complete two hours before I needed it back! I walked in, picked up my keys, paid, and left in about five minutes. An extraordinary experience. Thank you, Ewald!

Found the truck online and called and spoke with Doug. Over the next two days Doug was available to answer the many questions I had and sent me numerous pictures and videos. I was an out of state buyer and able to complete the buying process over the phone/online. They held the truck for two weeks until I was able to fly in and pick up the truck.
