Mayfair Rent-A-Car

The local Hartford staff was wonderful. Sheryl during the pick-up phase and Curt during the return phase were extremely helpful and courteous. I shopped around and was very pleasantly surprised to find that Mayfair's prices were also the best around. Great job!

We rented a 12 passenger van to get a group to and from North Carolina. The staff was helpful and friendly. Ran into a little hiccup with roadside assistance, but other than that was a great experience. Highly recommend them!

I needed a van to help with my move into a new Apartment. I set my appointment with Kurt, who is the rental agent at the Hartford location. He went over the van with me and showed me how to properly use the controls and locks for the doors. Sheryl was there later in the day to finalize my paper work and it was an easy seamless process. I had a last minute need to rent a rather large vehicle to shuttle people around a wedding. Not living in the area I took the recommendation of my brother-in-law who suggested Mayfair. It was some of the best advise he's ever given me.
Not only was the vehicle sparkless, Curt made a point to explain the vehicle and took the time to inspect it pointing out some minor flaws that were not my responsibility. They made the drop off easy on a Sunday by allowing me to leave the van and place the keys in an after hours drop box. Thanks for making the experience painless.
