He explained everything before making the fix. He exceeded our expectations in quality of work. We would highly recommend using Horsch & Miller. Thanks again!
(June 10, 2023, 2:22 pm)Our water heater started leaking on a Saturday morning and 2 days before we were leaving on vacation. I called Horsch & Miller and spoke with Derek. He assured me that he could install a new one that day. He arrived in under 2 hours. He was very polite, took care to cover our carpeting, wore booties on his shoes, got the work done efficiently and did a great job cleaning up the area. Thank you Derek for taking away our stress.
(May 3, 2023, 6:22 pm)We have used Horsch and Miller many times over the years. They repaired a shower, installed a much needed iron filter, replaced a thermostat and several other jobs on our house. Most recently they installed a new furnace, with the a/c almost done, they will return when they are able to test the unit, too cold now! We were in charge of a sister’s estate and had them at her property a few times to repair or replace pipes under her sinks. They are always on time and professional. They provide a service that is always fairly priced!
(December 23, 2022, 1:53 pm)The staff was terrific, Dan and I went over the new replacement heating system options in detail according to our very particular needs. Dan oversaw all the details before, during, and after, leaving no detail to doubt! The install team of Steve & Brian were fantastic and personable, making the process as fun and painless as possible. Bottom line I would not recommend any business other than Horsch & Miller. PS the final product is just good looking 👀
