“Our oven died Monday night unexpectedly and we quick had to find a solution since we were hosting Thanksgiving on Thursday. Went to kettle moraine to see what they had in stock and see what options we had. Patrick went above and beyond to show us options, compare pricing and availability. We were able to order our oven that we truly wanted, but wouldn't come in for a few weeks. Due to Thanksgiving 48 hours away, they offered us to borrow an oven until ours comes in. Talk about customer service. Will definitely be back for other purchases in the future. “Koeper Construction did an amazing job for us on a living room wall demo & rebuild, as we were in a tight spot. Recently we had to get all new windows installed and during the installation process we ran into significant dry rot problems, that were covered behind the siding. Koeper Construction was a strong referral to me and they delivered 100%. They were able to take on my job in short notice, demo a large cathedral ceiling wall and rebuild it to the exact same measurements (as I already had new windows cut to size), along with properly flashing the windows to eliminate this problem from occurring again. Their timing was immaculate as they delivered on everything we discussed up front; their quality of work, craftsmanship, pricing, professionalism and most important their dependability when I needed them most, was all superb. I will recommend Koeper Construction 100% to anyone and I look forward to a future project with them. They are a first class operation and I am very happy I chose them to do the work!”

“We have used Horsch and Miller many times over the years. They repaired a shower, installed a much needed iron filter, replaced a thermostat and several other jobs on our house. Most recently they installed a new furnace, with the a/c almost done, they will return when they are able to test the unit, too cold now! We were in charge of a sister’s estate and had them at her property a few times to repair or replace pipes under her sinks. They are always on time and professional. They provide a service that is always fairly priced!”

“Amazing product and amazing customer service! After looking at many different options, we decided to reach out to the Wool Bed Company in regards to a custom mattress for our antique sofa bed. Don was extremely interested and excited to take on the project and assured us that we would be completely satisfied with the end result. After a few phone conversations and pictures sent our mattress was delivered ahead of schedule and at the quoted price. Don personally delivered the mattress to East Troy, WI and helped set the mattress in place. He wanted to make sure that the mattress would be comfortable on top of the 100 year old springs and that it would fold away when not in use. The mattress is beyond comfortable and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the value and customer service we received. We have been sleeping on a wool bed topper from the Wool Bed Company for approximately 20 years and absolutely love it! The wool topper is healing for those of us with fibromyalgia and also helps to regulate body temperature all year round. I will never be without my wool topper! I occasionally sleep on the extremely comfortable sofa bed when my husband’s snoring becomes too much - never a bad nights sleep at our house 💕”

“We did a full basement finishing job with Matt and RIG including 2 bedrooms, a full bath, an office, and a large living space while also working in three unfinished storage/utility areas around existing appliances/utilities. We are very happy with the outcome of the project. Our project got off to a very fast start with 2 window wells cut into the foundation, all rough framing and other rough trades in followed by drywall in a matter of 6 weeks. We then hit a road block with the finishes due to delays in material/labor/other shortages from one supplier (keep in mind this work was done in mid 2021 with significant supply chain issues across a number of industries while COVID-19 was still a thing.) While we did have some tense conversations during these extended delays with material being delivered sporadically and not to Matt's standards, Matt worked with us to get what he could installed which allowed us to move into the space. Matt then followed through, making sure everything was corrected and the finished product looks amazing.”
