“I called because our air conditioning was not working properly. Andrew came within 2 hours. He found that the coil was frozen. He was able to melt the ice and took out huge chunks of ice at least a foot in diameter. He added some Freon that was needed. He also checked out the entire system and found that the humidifier had never been turned on. He showed us what to do and explained how the frozen coil occurred and how to make certain it did not happen again. We felt it was a completely reasonable price for a very thorough evaluation and fix. I am very happy with this company and will continue to use them for this and the other services they offer. I have confidence in them.”
