Mark himself was here, teaching a new staff member and did an incredibly thorough job of explaining how carpet can be cleaned effectively. He was genuinely passionate about doing the job right, which was obvious to us. The carpet dried within a couple of hours and we were able to enjoy a refreshed look in all of our rooms and for all of the area rugs. He will be invited back without a doubt! Nice job, crew!”

“Everything about Syl's is top notch. I was referred to them by our pastor where they did the carpet cleaning at our church in West Bend. I had them do some miscellaneous carpet cleaning in our home and a few furniture locations. Apparently they are one of the few companies in the area that does steam cleaning. The crew that came to my house was courteous, professional and very accommodating. They even "raked" the carpet to get the foot prints off when they were done:) Everything looks great; all spots removed and the carpet looks like new. I will definitely use them again as needed.”
