Not sure about all units, but mine includes a motion activated light and power outlet for keeping the battery maintained on my boat during winter. Last week I called with a question and the Regional Manager (Marc) immediately called me back with assistance. Really couldn't ask for anything more of a storage facility. 5 star amenities and service!”
