“Tom is an excellent driver, even on snowy, icy roads. He was to-the-minute both picking us up and dropping us of at the airport, no small feat considering we live in Milwaukee and he drove in from the office in Brookfield to get us. The vehicle was large, new, and comfortable, and Tom was very courteous and friendly. I also need to compliment the dispatcher who was most helpful, quick, and friendly in setting up our ride. The fare from the northwest side of town to the airport was a modest $46.00. The comfort and convenience were well worth it.”
