(September 10, 2019, 1:55 pm)Communication before, during and after the job is excellent. Great Customer Service. Andy showed up to treat our property. We were outside attending to some issues. He introduced himself and politely said he would wait until we were finished. Our issue took longer than expected so he asked if we minded if he attended to something else and would come back later. He left,,, we finished up and he returned and did a thorough job. He was courteous, professional and efficient. What else can you ask for. Andy and Mosquito Squad are A+.
(September 2, 2019, 5:42 pm)We had to call customer service to cancel our prepaid service (because of moving, not because we were unhappy with the service). Tina went out of her way to drop the refund check in the mail outside of the customary time in order to make sure we received it before moving. Amazing customer service.
(July 31, 2019, 2:37 pm)Highly recommend Mosquito Squad. Fantastic customer service. I know exactly who is coming and when which is so helpful when making our summer plans. They inform and educate me on what they are doing and how best to help treatments last and stay effective. We have used other service providers for mosquito and tick treatments and find mosquito squad to be the most effective with the best customer service.
(July 23, 2019, 3:06 pm)My yard is finally tolerable! I live in a wooded area near a stream and the mosquitoes are horrific after early June. After treatment I can enjoy my yard again! The crew was quick and efficient. I'm very happy with the results.
