(December 12, 2019, 2:18 pm)I am extremely pleased with both the customer service and the furniture I received form the local Milwaukee store as well as the corporate office. John Mark was awesome in helping with selections and making suggestions for fabrics and furnishings. Most of what I ordered was great quality, but the first sofa I custom ordered was in a fabric that didn’t wear well and looked bad within a few weeks. John Mark and the Arhaus concierge service arranged for a brand new replacment sofa with a more durable fabric to be delivered at no additional cost to me and I couldn’t be happier with the quality and look of the new sofa. Will definitely be a repeat customer with Arhaus.

Prices are great - within the premium category price range. With a lot of sales going on, you can get a really great product for an unexpected price (in a good way). Probably the best consultants comparing to competitors.
