The theatre it self is really well crafted, the sound was fantastic and the screen quality is notch. The bathroom placement was also well thought-out. John Mark was awesome in helping with selections and making suggestions for fabrics and furnishings. Most of what I ordered was great quality, but the first sofa I custom ordered was in a fabric that didn’t wear well and looked bad within a few weeks. John Mark and the Arhaus concierge service arranged for a brand new replacment sofa with a more durable fabric to be delivered at no additional cost to me and I couldn’t be happier with the quality and look of the new sofa.
