Of all the storage facilities I have seen, Brookfield Self Storage takes first prize! It is clean, well-lit, and temperature-controlled. Going there to view my precious items could be a trying experience, but instead it is a pleasant experience, reinforcing my choice of the best.
Help is always available if needed, and communications are received and responded to in a timely fashion. Brookfield Self Storage is Number One!!

The units are clean and well maintained. I am very comfortable having my possessions stored at Brookfield Self Storage. It's like a family atmosphere. They call to let me know when my unit is not locked properly after I visit. It's nice to know they are always looking out for me.

Great service, was willing to work with my needs and requests. Went out of way to meet with me after hours, unlike other facilities. Very pleased with customer service unlike some of the other reviews. Would highly reccomend and look forward to using their facilities now and in the future! Make sure to ask to speak with Carol, she's the sweetest!

My experience with Brookfield Self Storage was great. Friendly, helpful staff, they were easy to work with. Units were clean and dry. I will recommend Brookfield Self storage to my friends and family. If I need storage in the future, I will be back.
