“This is the best place for Snowboarding Equipment and Service. I bought Board, Bindings, and Boots for myself and 2 kids. They worked with me to update components from all of our old snowboards. The did all the service on all three boards including stance setup, wax, and sharpen. All the employees were extremely knowledgeable and helped me make fast decisions + find great sales! I was also super impressed that they got all the old stripped out bolts out of our 10+ year old bindings. Hats off to your whole crew here!”

I worked with Kristen M to get some defects taken care of and she was really nice and down to earth. She was able to get a small issue not covered under warranty comped. John Mark was awesome in helping with selections and making suggestions for fabrics and furnishings. Most of what I ordered was great quality, but the first sofa I custom ordered was in a fabric that didn’t wear well and looked bad within a few weeks. John Mark and the Arhaus concierge service arranged for a brand new replacment sofa with a more durable fabric to be delivered at no additional cost to me and I couldn’t be happier with the quality and look of the new sofa.
