“I am so happy I found Azura and was able to place my mom here! My mom is a very active person and Azura makes sure to plan lots of activities for all the residents. I'd love to see even more outings, as I think that really helps elevate spirits for all. Recently, they fulfilled my mom's wish to play tennis again through their MOSAIC Dreams program, and the day and outing were fabulous - heartfelt thanks to everyone who helped make that a reality! (Now she wants to go golfing - any takers?) My only wish for all residential care facilities would be a more stable staffing situation, but these are the times we live in and everyone is doing the best they can. “Had my initial consult today. I felt so comfortable. The facility is beautiful and very clean. Rachael at the front desk was super friendly and very helpful. My consultant was Jess. I felt very comfortable with her and she was very friendly. I was nervous because I didn't know if it would be some pitch to make me schedule and it was not that at all! She explained everything completely and nothing was forced to be scheduled right away. And even better they take all health issues into consideration. Will definitely be scheduling a procedure in the near future!”

This was especially noteworthy and appreciated during this time of massive supply chain issues! The foreman was fantastic about communicating throughout the reno and the entire staff was professional. All materials were the highest quality and the final product was built to last. They were exacting in the proposal about the details of the work so they could give a very accurate budget and stick to it (instead of expensive surprises along the way like other companies). We would use them again if/when we have another bath or kitchen project.”

“I was here about 6 months ago. This place was awesome. Very kind staff. No one made me feel bad because I had not been able to go to the dentist for some time previous to that. My hygienist (I believe her name was Patty or Patricia)was very kind and gentle and she did an amazing job cleaning my teeth! The dentist was quick and didn't ask me to buy any services that I didn't need, he just checked my teeth out. Great job. I was not scared at all and my teeth never looked better.”

“So glad that Stephen knocked on our door. Ended up with fantastic gutter guards and now have no need to drag out the ladder to keep them clean.
