  As always Jim went out of his way to save me money and get my furnace up and running first thing. We've used Grenz since we bought our property in the 90's. They installed a new American Standard furnace and central air unit for us then and have been maintaining that and our rentals ever since. Absolutely no reason to search out another HVAC pro. Grenz has my back.

  We have had Grenz maintain, service and install our major appliances for almost 30 years. They have never failed to deliver on quality and responsiveness. The only time I didn't listen to their advice and scrimped on cost (and quality) I was left disappointed and with a product that didn't last. We had Grenz come in and correct it to our complete satisfaction. You will not find a more experienced team!

  Heat wasn't working this morning. Called right when they opened. Jim stopped out within a couple hours, diagnosed and picked up/installed the part before noon. He was super easy to talk to and provided valuable information. 5 stars!

  They do a great job of explaining the issue and how they will resolve it. Very thorough and excellent customer service. Will definitely use them for any future needs! Highly recommend!

  Grenz service was great! Jim was able to come out to our house within a week to fix our gas fireplace that had been out of commission for over two years. We originally got a quote for a two month wait from another company, but his fast and great service meant we could surprise our Father with a newly fixed fireplace for his birthday! He checked the light switch to see that the fireplace was not communicating and fixed that and also had special technology to detect the mixture of gas and air so the pilot light would light. Above and beyond, he even cleaned the glass pane and vacuumed the individual parts to make it look new. Additionally, he was able to answer questions and give tips for future problem solving. Very helpful, highly recommend!
