Whether it's your first day or you have been practicing for many years, you will be taken care of. The classes are fun, creative, and always just what my body needs. Also, the infrared heat is a total game changer for hot yoga, it feels amazing right when you walk in. I have been to many studios over 15 years, and this is hands down my favorite. I could not recommend Amplifi enough!”

“I put off having this MRI for over a year out of my crippling fear and claustrophobia. My pain was finally too severe to put it off any longer. My doctor prescribed one Valium, and even that made me afraid. BUT ... I couldn't put it off any longer and a call from the scheduler, Julie with Open MRI of Delafield, ... who called and assured me that I'd be fine, to Danielle, my technician, I am here to tell you that I can and will if needed survive another MRI. They put Lavender essential oil on a wash cloth to cover my eyes, and with Beatles music playing loudly in the background, I got through it! For me, I counted the songs, thinking they were about two minutes each, to get through my five or six minutes! I'm not saying that I'd be looking forward to it, but, for anyone with similar resistance to having this done, I write this post in hopes that it will comfort and encourage others. Sure ... there is a tapping noise, and at first, I wondered if that was okay, or if something was wrong with the machine, but, then it just went on, with 5 to 6 minute intervals between, where the technician came on the speaker from the next room, to ask if I was okay. By the third set of images, I hardly noticed that and if you focus on the music, or something else in your mind, it's really not bad. I had a button I could push at anytime to talk or stop the imaging, and just that gave me a reassurance that I had some control. I hope this is helpful. To some people this might seem a bit wacky, but, for those of us, suffering with extreme claustrophobia, this might make you take that next necessary step to relax and schedule your MRI. I'm relieved that I had it done, and now look forward with hope, to finding a solution for the pain I have lived with for years.”
