My Daughter is a US figure skater and goes to Complete Fitness several times a week. Nina the owner is no joke she knows her business and how to motivate people to make a huge improvement physically. My daughter has never been stronger and more motivated. Chasey is able to stick her moves because of her strength training Nina has created for her. We attribute a lot of her success to Nina's coaching. My opinion best trainer and gym in the area.

My family and I have been training/attending CFMF for years, 3 children as well as my husband and I. Nina has gone out of her way to make us feel like family a true community. She has gone above and beyond to help my children with personal confidence, strength, and good health overall. I know I can depend on her to be there for questions, concerns, modifications due to injuries, as well as kindness/caring about personal issues that arise. She is a true friend as well as a professional business owner who truly cares for her members as her own family. She consistently looks to her members for feedback and initiates this into programming based on their individual goals. She prides herself on helping the community and promoting other small business owners by promoting them within her business and fundraising for others in need.
