Bungee is a great workout without the impact on my joints!! I love the variety of the workout!!

The extremely friendly staff are always there to help you, won't judge you, and know how to make exercise fun! They have what they call bungee fitness for all shapes, sizes, and prior injuries. This is the only true bungee fitness in the area and is worth the drive! My wife has knee and back issues and able to do a 30+ minute workout without pain in any of her joints or back. Even my wife's chiropractor said she was standing and walking better (not worse) after 2 months from her last alignment! After trying the bungee myself, it is not only fun but I got a full body workout without the pain the next day! It is like water physical therapy without the water! This really could be for anyone who needs to or is going to physical therapy, the elderly, or heavy set individuals (up to 350 pounds) like my wife and I who have failed at other exercises. Only $10 for an introduction class (for 1 hour but 30 min of true exercise after getting used to the bungee)!
