(May 16, 2022, 2:48 pm)So far my experience with us facility with a doctor and a nurse practitioner have been excellent. I walk into the building and the people at the front desk are very pleasant and helpful. However… Whatever call Center the calls get routed through is absolutely terrible. It couldn’t be more obvious that they don’t want to speak to somebody. It’s a rush to find out what you need and get you off the phone. It’s very impersonal and is what prompted me to leave this review. Just to recap The facility in Grasslake top-notch. The call center, that’s really awful
