The representative who answered the phone was extremely kind, didn’t try to upsell me a membership package in order to book a service call.(like the previous company did) She assured me that help would be on the way within a certain time frame (same day) and they delivered. Tony arrived and he was pleasant, knowledgeable and got right to work to solve my issue in a timely manner. He took his time to show me the issue at hand, explained steps I can take to maintain my AC unit in the future and charged me a very fair price for his services.
