What more can I say then kindness is what matters to the vets and staff at Brook-Falls. When our furry family member needs attention and medical care I truly trust the veterinarians here. They took wonderful care of my beautiful Maisie all the way to the end. I will always be grateful for the care you provided for her as well as for my current dogs, Yogi and Tessa. Thank you so much for being there for us, and for them.

Their customer service is fantastic. Every single worker in the Vet hospital side are caring, so kind, patient, and so informative. I never felt rushed talking to them on the phone or even being in the vet as most vet clinics tend to overpack their schedule. They are on time with what they scheduled you for. This is the best customer service I've ever gotten from any Vet hospital/clinic and I've been to quite a few great ones because of moving. Although their customer service is amazing, their pricing is the most I've paid for. They aren't the most affordable clinic but they for sure got me to be their forever pet owner customer as they did such a fantastic job handling my two babies, Wanda and Parker. Wanda is a puppy and they have a great Wellness Plan for puppies that will cover her vaccinations, exams, etc, for a year. Parker is my sensitive/protective boy. He was my way of choosing the best vet as he's more complicated to work with. So if a Vet tech/Veterinarian was able to handle him, they will for sure be having us back. Great vets with great care are worth every dime.

So happy with this vet clinic. The entire process from beginning to end makes the whole experience for pet & owner as seamless as possible. The vet & vet technicians were so kind and helpful, providing so much great information for my two Westies. They have earned a client for life. Absolutely recommend.

Everyone here is beyond nice and really knows what they’re doing. I was incredibly nervous for my rabbit’s neuter surgery, and they made me feel so much better. They did pre-op blood work and chest x-rays to make sure he was healthy enough for the surgery. The extra steps taken were really reassuring, none of which my previous vet offered. Dr. Krisp and tech Sheila did his surgery and it went great. They answered all my phone calls after his surgery and got him in asap for a onesie fitting when he was licking his wounds. I couldn’t be happier with the care we get here!

My bunny wasn't feeling great, and I quickly learned how difficult it is do find vets who do anything more than nail trims on small animals. I was referred to Brook-Falls, and they were thankfully able to squeeze him in that day to check him out. The few staff members I spoke to throughout the day were kind and caring, and very thorough about his treatment and medications for the next few weeks. Dr. Wittenburg was great, and I would certainly recommend her to any small animal parent! Veterinary care is rarely cheap and this was no exception, but I felt that their rates were both reasonable and comparable to others. I'm so grateful for Brook-Falls and the care they gave my boy. He is feeling much better already :)
