The service I received after that was exemplary. I’ve updated my review to 5 stars as a result. Thank Iron Town. You will see me again) Very disappointed in the service department. Recently moved to New Berlin from out of state. Can’t wait to get out on the road this year! Stopped in at Iron Town because I need a new dealership for servicing my bike. I scheduled a bike pickup at my home. Today was pickup day. Scheduled for 3:30-4 for pickup. Called in at 3pm to confirm, everything set, they tell me to expect a call in 10-20 minutes. No call, bike outside, waiting. I call back at 4:45, Kyle gives me an excuse and an apology, says I’ll hear from the driver by 5, and apologizes. Here I am at 5:45 and I’ve not even got the courtesy of a phone call. I’ve already scheduled a new appointment at House of Harley. Hopefully they do a better job at communication and follow through. Iron Town doesn’t seem to have it together.”

“Excellent. I'll go there for everything from now on. I came in for an emissions test and tire rotation. The test only took about 5 minutes, and they also told me they measured the tread on all of my tires and they were even and didn't need a rotation. They saved me some money, and could have easily done it anyway and I wouldn't have known. Nice guys, fast, reliable.”
