“My whole experience with Units was great. Theresa was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our move went smoothly. We had extra moving straps and she even offered to pick them up so I wouldn't have to drive down to her office. They communicated before each pick up and drop off to ensure things were moving to the right location. My daughter also loved watching the remote control system pick up our unit once we were all set! Great company and would highly recommend!”

“I was BLESSED, ( as I was told by the yard crew) I came in on a slow day. I was given a time slot on the schedule and came in on time, which was good. I was informed that if it was a busy day and the time slot was missed I would have to reschedule. I DID NOT have any issues with getting loaded or getting assistance with the securing of the load. I was very satisfied with the overall experience that I had here. The yard crew was excellent. PLEASE keep in mind I was there on a slow day, but was told to come in as soon as you can because the gate closes at 4pm. Not 4:05 or 4:10, but 4pm on the dot.”

“So, I have not had my storage unit delivered yet. It will be here next week. I've had a great experience working with self storage on wheels as I was inquiring. I've called four different places and self storage on wheels was by far the quickest to respond to my questions via the phone and email. Each time I left a voice mail, they had a sense of urgency to call me back. Same with responding to my emails. These are the reasons I chose them. I've worked with Amy and Keith and both understand the importance of customer service. It's a bonus that they were also less expensive than the others. I am anticipating the delivery of the trailer and the move will also meet my expectations. 7/1 - so I am now moved. Trailer was delivered on time and all of our belongings were unharmed and just as they were when we packed it. Great company to work with.”
