He says he has only been training for a short period of time but is extremely knowledgeable about all sorts of different exercises and diet habits. I would definitely recommend that you ask for him personally if you are newer or even very experienced. He is very friendly, respectful, and very easy to talk to. Will definitely go back to him every time I am there!”

“Great Place! Offers a lot of great classes for kids and youth! They have two football fields and 3 to 4 baseball fields. There is a small park and nice bathroom facility for when you are om the field or at a game. The ymca building itself is also amazing! Super nice facilities! Has everything you could want or need when it comes to exercise or recreational fun.”
