  Lawrence came out to fix our furnace the day after another company came out and was unable to fix the problem. He found a clogged drain first then noticed the furnace still wasn’t working right so he waited around to see what was going on. After some creative troubleshooting he found we had a bad pressure switch and had us up and running super fast.
  
  I would highly recommend this company. If you are working through a warranty company just be patient with your warranty company and confirm your appointment with Lawrence himself. You’ll be glad you did!

  We had a furnace that needed to be replaced and we worked with Lawrence who was awesome! He made this typically stressful situation of buying a new furnace very simple. He was able to work with my schedule and get a new furnace installed that same week. He was prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable and even took the time to educate me about the different furnace options, code requirements (for city inspections), and general furnace maintenance. I would highly recommend calling Lawrence and Lo-Energy Heating & Cooling. Plus, they are extremely competitive on price, as I had called a couple more "national" companies and their price was significantly lower. I will definitely call again.
