“Kevin and his team were prompt and courteous (both administratively and with service). They did great work, our carpet was filthy from our golden/chow mix and whatever the former owners did to it. Now we have no fear of letting our infant grow into a toddler crawling on it. My only regret is that I didn't get pictures of before and the after ones are after we walked on it some. We will refer our friends and have them clean our carpet once a year as recommended.”
