“We love coming every Monday night for Minis with Pewaukee Sussex United. The fields are healthy and the village of Sussex along with the club do a great job with painted lines and field maps for parents. They have on site bathrooms and the playground is always popular.”

“Great place for the family. Lots of open space to do whatever. Too bad Sussex doesn’t care about conservation, the park used to but up against 300 acres of forest. But they put a subdivision back there.”

“Has 2 tennis courts which can also be used as 4 Pickleball courts. 1 basketball court. Only 4 paved parking spots. However, enough space to park 10-15 cars on the grass.”

“Nice disc golf course with a variety of route options for each hole. It covers the park grounds well, playing the hills on the front 9 and woods on the back 9. Decent concrete tee pads and minimal standing water (Spring time after a rain). Open year round, good for all skill levels. Parking lot right at hole 1.”

“It's your typical park. Nothing too fancy, nothing lacking, just a playground, swing set, neat spider climb net, and a seesaw. There is a porta-potty you can use, and picinic benches to rest on. The park is right by a trail and a railroad track. You cannot acces the park directly from Maple Avenue, so if you go to this park use the road just past it before the tracks (Donna Lane I believe) and then take the first right, which should wind you up at the parks entrance. Overall, it's a decent park, great for all ages, and a nice hang-out spot. Would recommend.”

“Nice place. It's small which was nice for keeping an eye on all the kids. We had a 1.5, 2, 4, and 5 yr olds w us.... it was perfect for all of them. Playground area was safe and diverse. Nice big lawn area to run around in as well. Public restroom also on-site. Nothing like big Sussex park but sometimes the smaller parks are easier to manage and easier to have adult conversations at the same time as watching the kiddos.”

“Great Park in Sussex. Sussex has a ton of parks and most a great. Great equipment and well kept. Love the use of rubber flooring at most parks including this one”

“This is a hidden gem! We recently moved to Sussex near Sussex Bowl and we went for a walk one day and came upon this park. The kids ask to go there all the time now! The playground is really nice, there's a swing set and slides and monkey bars etc. There's a lot of grassy area for dogs to run around too. A little stream runs through the back of the park but you have to walk through tall grass to get to it, and the water is pretty gross. We went there this evening and there was a pile of soda cans and garbage on the ground under the playground, so we threw it away but otherwise it's usually very clean! There's a big sandbox as well. It's on a dead end so it may be hard to find if you aren't aware of it. We would recommend it for kids age 3+!”
