Nice to be back to no masks. But have to say...... mens bathroom....horrible. sinks and counter top dirty. Soup dispenser empty. Has been that way last several times. Noticed no male employees so not sure if that has something to do with it.

I accidentally left my ID at the counter while checking in and I was impressed with the staff working there and them making sure I didn't leave without it! While clearing up getting my ID returned we realized there was an issue with my account and the details in the system and the staff were extremely professional and courteous while resolving the issue. Considering this was only the second time I've ever used a planet fitness and the fact that I was a guest and not a member they still made sure my experience was one of excellence and that I was treated with so much courtesy, I was truly impressed with their customer service! Lastly I'd like to say that the facility was impeccably clean both the equipment and the locker room and the entire time I was working out I constantly saw at least 1 or more staff members cleaning and cleaning well! If I could rate higher then five stars I would and I really wish I could remember the name of the staff member who worked with me so I could mention his awesome customer service in particular because in the world of technology today having customer service excellence has gone done the drain and he proved that people can still be good at helping others and showing courtesy!!!

I LOVE IT! You have to get the black card membership! The gym has 3 different areas with different types of workouts for $10/month. If you get the back card it's $23 but you get a personal trainer if you need it, suntan, massage, red light therapy and vibroshape. That includes all classes too. The staff is really great too. I've run in there for just a massage before. Very happy.

I really like going to planet fitness, they are extremely affordable, have a friendly staff and a wide variety of equipment. Although the hours were shortened due to the covid restrictions, they are still open long enough for most people's convenience, and they will be extending their hours soon.The facility is clean, and as far as I can tell all of the equipment works. I have observed that when a piece of equipment breaks they usually have it fixed within a week or two. I believe that it is the best deal you will find in the area.
