“I accidentally left my ID at the counter while checking in and I was impressed with the staff working there and them making sure I didn't leave without it! While clearing up getting my ID returned we realized there was an issue with my account and the details in the system and the staff were extremely professional and courteous while resolving the issue. Considering this was only the second time I've ever used a planet fitness and the fact that I was a guest and not a member they still made sure my experience was one of excellence and that I was treated with so much courtesy, I was truly impressed with their customer service! Lastly I'd like to say that the facility was impeccably clean both the equipment and the locker room and the entire time I was working out I constantly saw at least 1 or more staff members cleaning and cleaning well! If I could rate higher then five stars I would and I really wish I could remember the name of the staff member who worked with me so I could mention his awesome customer service in particular because in the world of technology today having customer service excellence has gone done the drain and he proved that people can still be good at helping others and showing courtesy!!!”

“Dr. Amy is amazing! I’ve been seeing her for over a month and it’s been life-changing. She’s the only chiro I’ve been to that took x-rays and has helped me implement a simple yet effective plan for my health issues. Also, I’ve brought my 12 month old for an adjustment, and my 11 year old stepkid who had developed a tic / twitch that was getting more intense over the course of a month. After once adjustment from Dr. Amy, it was nearly gone!! So amazing. Tics and twitches are common in children during puberty, so it’s not a dire situation, but it does point to some blockages in the nervous system. I wish there was more information out there about how beneficial chiropractic care is for children- and for tics and twitches! Thanks Dr. Amy!!”
