They offered me excellent service before working on my vehicle by driving my car to the service door. Jason (Service Department) is always so lovely to me. He speaks to me with great respect and seems to be truly sincere in communicating with me. Jason located a loaner vehicle as I requested so that I could get back to work. He offered great directions on how to properly use the gear shift feature for the loaner, which was all new to me. I truly appreciated him updating me via phone call regarding plans for repairing my car during the GM Strike. I'm so happy that I can trust a Service Department and not feeling like I'm about to spend unnecessary money on car repairs.”
