(October 30, 2022, 8:53 pm)I rent from them whenever I need a car or Suv exclusively. I know some have a issue that you can't really reserve the exact brand (Ford, Toyota, etc.) you might like but almost every rental company is moving away from that. I signed up for the loyalty program and the discount is worth it. Yes you get emails but some weekend deals I get in them are really good. Rental prices are pretty good and the ease of getting the class you need is great. I called on 10/28 an hour before they closed and got a full size Passat right away. Now that insurance question. I pass on the roadside as yes my insurance is better. As for damages I take everything else. You don't want a rental repair on your insurance. Ask your agent. They will agree. Your basically temporary buying a car knowing you drive well but if it's taken out by someone without insurance you just bought or paid to have a car fixed to hand back to the rental company to make money on never to be used by you ever again. Your insurance company will want to recover from you that loss by higher rates. If you think your Credit Card coverage is enough it's not. Read the small print. The entire rental change must be on that card. The kicker is all of them look to your insurance first. They might make you buy coverage from them for the rental. Amex charges more and covers less than what Enterprise offers. Also ask if it's a longer rental can you get a discount on those waivers. A $300 rental that you return with a door ding on a body crease w/o a waiver becomes $1500 or better for you to shell out. You take care of it others could care less. That costs you money. I know that's long winded but it's honest advice. I've never got a bad car or any drastic problems. I've referred them to friends and I have not lost one yet. I do have to say this the agents on Paramount Dr do a great job even under the time crunches they get on the weekends. Thanks to you all.
(September 12, 2022, 10:33 am)Great customer service provided by Max. We arrived, were greeted, initialed, signed and heading home in approximately 10 minutes driving a very new/clean vehicle . I hope returning the vehicle is just as easy.
(July 25, 2022, 7:39 am)Super helpful, easy in, easy out and always with a solid, reliable car. I’m here at least 3 times a month renting cars and I get something different every time. And, even when they’re swamped busy, they get me moving quickly and out the door.
(June 24, 2022, 10:52 am)Ryan was so helpful and honest and took time to explain the process. David was also helpful and was able to answer the question I had. Ryan was able to help us stay in the current vehicle we were in because of an accident. This location and Madison were so helpful in explaining things and helping me try and get an initial vehicle and staying in the current one. I should be paying them my insurance premium for the month since my insurance has been ZERO HELP!! Ryan was informative and was able to set up another RA under the insurance and we were in and out within 10 minutes. I know where we will rent from again if we need something for a trip etc. The hours are harder to accommodate for my schedule, but worth it since the employees have been so helpful and honest. Thank you for being honest, kind and helpful.
I've seen comments about being denied trying to use a debit card, it states right one the main website you CANNOT rent with a debit card, that is very common and for someone to give a bad review because of that should know the facts before making a negative review. It's their company policy just like all the other vehicle rental companies.
