(February 1, 2020, 10:12 pm)This is by far the BEST KWIK TRIP in Milwaukee. The staff is professional and courteous, often reminding customers to use their Rewards card (if they forget), assist with shopping carts, help with merchandise, even holding on to their Powerball winnings ($) if someone runs out the door forgetting to take their cash (like me!), exceptional car wash services 24/7, offering free hot Karuba coffee if you've visited frequently enough, and letting you know about the daily deals and special promos without selling, while other franchise locations do the bare minimum or absolutely nothing if it's too much effort. This store represents a unified team of helpful employees, managing the store brand in the best possible way. I have literally two Kwik Trip locations closer to me in Waukesha. But I drive all the way to F & M because the experience is so elite.
(December 22, 2019, 7:03 am)Giant sized Kwik Trip. In good shape too. A tad busy, but gas price was reasonable and competitive. Some Kwik Trips seem to price higher.
(October 27, 2019, 1:28 pm)I was sad they were out of spicy chicken sandwiches and they offered to make me one on the spot. Best service I've ever received. This is why Kwik Trip is amazing.
(October 17, 2019, 12:13 pm)This is one of my favorite Kwik Trips. I like the overall size of this store as it is one of the larger Kwik Trips that I have visited. They have a great, vast selection of goods, food, snacks and drinks inside. I have filled my tank here as well as utilized the car wash a few times. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The only negative thing I have noticed is that this location can be very busy and crowded at times. Definitely a good thing for Kwik Trip, but keep that in mind if you are in need of a quick in-and-out stop.
