(April 14, 2021, 11:01 pm)I wish I could give more stars. Never mind how much I love my sauna, the customer service is unbelievable. I’ve had 2 minor issues with equipment that were resolved immediately thanks to Morgan and Pablo. Morgan answers my calls every time and Pablo shows up same day. Pablo is the guy I would want working for me if I owned a business. Comes after hours, no complaints, engaging while still taking care of business with total confidence. These guys are the picture of what customer service should look like! A home sauna is an investment and I feel like these guys are invested in me, thank you!
