I’ve had 2 minor issues with equipment that were resolved immediately thanks to Morgan and Pablo. Morgan answers my calls every time and Pablo shows up same day. Pablo is the guy I would want working for me if I owned a business. Comes after hours, no complaints, engaging while still taking care of business with total confidence. These guys are the picture of what customer service should look like! A home sauna is an investment and I feel like these guys are invested in me, thank you!”

“This is a fairly new and very large Home Depot that is conveniently located in Waukesha. I have always been able to find what I am looking for here and everyone always seems pretty helpful. When they first started pushing the self checkouts I was one of the hold outs, however, they have done a good job with the software and the layout so I am happy to use them now. The software is well maintained and I like the fact that it matches up my credit card with my email address and sends a receipt when I am done. This is a nice touch, especially if you are a professional customer and need to track expenses (although I am only a home DIYer). Overall this is a good location that I will continue to go to.”

“Cant say enough about how great the service is here. Always have gotten items from here. Recently went in to use a gift card I received. I mentioned that the jacket I was wearing was from here. The zipper broke a couple days earlier. I bought a new jacket (that they had to order online because they didn't have the size or color I wanted), and they gave me a refund on the jacket I already had. Everyone was very helpful. Great place. Would highly recommend.”
