(January 10, 2020, 12:08 pm)Cant say enough about how great the service is here. Always have gotten items from here. Recently went in to use a gift card I received. I mentioned that the jacket I was wearing was from here. The zipper broke a couple days earlier. I bought a new jacket (that they had to order online because they didn't have the size or color I wanted), and they gave me a refund on the jacket I already had. Everyone was very helpful. Great place. Would highly recommend.
(December 15, 2019, 8:03 pm)Duluth has become the favorite clothing retailer of my extended family. I love that they make serious rugged outdoors wear, while the marketing makes me giggle. We've gotten a few amazing deals visiting their outlets, but one consistent thing is the smiling and helpful service!
(December 11, 2019, 1:30 pm)As my first time at this location I was pleasantly surprised how upbeat, friendly and very helpful the associates were. I found all I was looking for thanks to the great help I received. I didn't even have to ask or search for an associate...they came to me!! Will be back!
(November 11, 2019, 11:21 pm)I really like some of the clothes and shoes here. They are a bit pricey so I can only buy when they are on sale even then a little steep. You can get a free coffee while there which is nice. There are some other interesting products other than clothes. I did stop at 4 stars due to high prices.
