“I went looking for a desk chair for my wife. Ricky greeted me at the door. I said that I was looking at desk chairs. He said "Great" let me tell you where to look". He then explained how and where they displayed in the store and let go me on my own as I wished. I found one that I liked (price and features), but it was sold. Upon telling Ricky, he said that they had just received some used ones with those features. I looked at them and would have bet that they were new. They were perfect and the price was a "steal". I came in with no intention to buy without my wife seeing it, but I said "SOLD". Ricky was great to work with. “When I decided to give biking a try, I had little to no idea where to begin. I asked friends and family who are cyclists, and the responses were as different as the people I was asking. I gave Mokros a call, told Mike what my goals were, and he said he could help me. I went to the store, and he gave me his time to discuss options that would deliver what I wanted. He was informative, conscious of my budget, and at no point did he talk down to me or turn into a salesman. The bike he ultimately recommended was not in stock, but he took my information and called me when the stock arrived. He let me test ride a couple of different sizes, explained what I could expect and how I should feel when riding, and ultimately I went with his recommendations. Fast forward about two months later, and I LOVE my bike! It has performed exactly how I wanted in every situation I've put it into, and I'm incredibly thankful for the time and guidance Mike gave me. I just popped in today for a new tube, and he remembered me on sight, despite my having shaved a fairly significant beard since the last time he saw me. While I was there, he took a phone call and greeted a customer who came in after me; both were handled in the same kind, courteous manner that I had experienced, so I know I'm not alone in getting fantastic service from Mike. I know this is a long-winded review, but I can't stress enough how great Mike has been as I embark on my new cycling hobby.
