“After receiving multiple bids, I decided to take my truck to Macias. I had significant damage to the front end of my truck, the passenger door and side because of hitting a deer. Sergio provided me with a quote within minutes. He was professional and courteous. I immediately felt that my truck was in good hands. As promised, four days later, my truck was complete. It looked better than I could’ve imagined. Not only did they fix the multiple problems, but they also detailed my truck, vacuumed it, and took it to a car wash. Later, I lost my keys in the car rental and wasn’t able to get them back. Sergio helped me out again, even though it was the weekend and found a locksmith for very reasonable fee, to open my truck for me. “After a deer literally changed direction on the bypass and galloped into my 2018 Kia Soul causing almost $7k in damage, and because I had excellent service on another issue on another car in the past, I took my "fur-decorated" car to Mander. The employees are wonderful, caring and knowledgeable, especially the receptionists! The ability to get my car back in a timely manner had nothing to do with Mander (it was there for 2 months) but the fact that the supply chain had been stalled, and so was the necessary part to complete the job. That said, I had a rather expensive radiator replaced by them, all was good with that, but when they called the next day to have me pick it up they notified me of my "broken parking break". Which I know wasn't broken (I used it the day prior). I did however, know it was closer to it's way out then being new. They proceeded to quote me $100+ to replace it rather than be honest. I presume this was the tech who broke it while putting it on the lift.... Had they said, "hey, we broke your already tender parking break.. Would you be okay paying for the part and we'll replace". I would be giving them 5 stars.”
