“This has station is fine but I wish the owner would invest in a road exiting on the other side. The guys in there have always been courteous to me. I can get a candy bar there I can rarely find anywhere else, but $1.29??? I think their prices are too high. Most people don't buy much candy, etc at gas stations due to price. If they lowered the price u would think sales would go up. I can get candy bars at Walgreens for 50 cents, whereas walk across street n they r $1.29?”

The new owner got back to me right away and answered all my questions. I live out of town and they have a feature on their website were I can order an e gift card and send it any day I choose. There are numerous pictures you can choose from fro the gift card, but I didn't see any Christmas ones - I mentioned that to her and within 15 minutes she had put Christmas/Holiday gift cards up! Amazing customer service and I don't even live in town!!!”

And, Dr. Lauer has provided me with a wellness program ever since. Great listener, very patient, answered all my questions. He's also advised me on some simple stretches and exercise, which is a step above any other chiropractor I've heard friends talk about. His staff is polite and extremely courteous. “Good but big issue. The Doctors and front desk customer service were really good. The doctor was on time and explained everything very clear about my daughter's visit. The doctor was very pleasant and made my daughter comfortable.Customer service was friendly and have been very pleasant over the phone. But honestly I don't want to come back unless insurance gives me no choice. After the exam you have to get your prescription slip from the frames sales person. The doctor starts this push when they walked my daughter out and said so and so will help you with frames and recommended lenses. I was quite uncomfortable with them pushing these overpriced frames from the doctor level. I told the sales person just to be polite that "no, we looked at frames and none of them looked interesting to my daughter. ""The sales person looked irritated and said "what does that mean?". I finally got the prescription slip and left. I know from the past this is how they do it ,but I didn't have them be so pushy about it before with my child. It really disappointing because everything else is a good experience but an eye exam shouldn't be pushing sales upon a child and parent. The doctor should write out your prescription right in the office not get it from a sales person. My daughter really didn't like the frames but I felt they gave my daughter the impression daddy was going to drop 100s on ray bans today so go and look around.”
